Fort Wayne, Indiana · 25 Years On The Job

Every job is the foundation of our reputation.

I'm Paul Stanley. For a quarter century I've been laying asphalt across Allen County and Northeast Indiana — driveways, parking lots, chip seal lanes, sealcoat refreshes, pothole fixes. Small crew, honest number, the work done right the first time.

Who We Are

A Fort Wayne crew,
25 years deep.

Paul's Asphalt Paving is a small, owner-run crew out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Paul Stanley has been in the asphalt trade for 25 years — residential driveways, commercial parking lots, chip seal on country lanes, sealcoat maintenance, and the repairs that keep a lot out of trouble for another decade.

Indiana ground is tough on pavement. Hoosier winters cycle below freezing and back up dozens of times, the ground heaves, water gets into every micro-crack, and summer sun bakes the surface brittle. Pavement here fails from underneath first, so we spec the base and the drainage to match — not the cheapest way, the right way.

What We Do

Ten services,
one small crew.

Paving, sealcoating, chip seal and the repair work that keeps a surface honest. Residential driveways all the way up to commercial lots and industrial yards — all of it handled in-house by the same crew, start to finish.

Asphalt Paving

Hot mix, machine-laid, compacted to spec. New installations on driveways, lots, private drives and anything else that needs a smooth, durable black surface.

Fresh sealcoat applied to an asphalt driveway

Sealcoating

Sunscreen for your asphalt. A coat every 2–3 years blocks UV, slows oxidation, and stops hairline cracks before they turn into the expensive kind.

Industrial asphalt paving near a steel-frame building

Industrial Paving

Loading docks, forklift aisles, container yards, truck pads. Thicker lifts, heavier base, and a mix designed for the machinery that chews through thin pavement.

If the base underneath is still solid, a new overlay buys you another ten to fifteen years for a fraction of a full tear-out. We will tell you straight whether it is the right call.

Asphalt repair crew patching a damaged parking lot

Asphalt Repair

Potholes, alligator cracks, sunken drains, crumbling edges. We dig out the root cause, patch it so it matches, and keep it from showing back up the next winter.

Our Process

Four steps,
zero surprises.

Paving shouldn't feel like a guessing game. Here's exactly how a job goes once you give Paul a call. No scope creep, no hidden fees, no sales pitch.

01
Site walk & written quote
Paul comes out, measures the area, checks subgrade and drainage, and hands you a written estimate — usually same day. No charge. No pressure to book.
02
Prep the site
Once you say go, we lock the date, order the mix, mark utilities, and clear the footprint. You'll know the crew arrival window to the hour.
03
Pave & roll
Base compacted, edge cuts sharp, hot mix laid and rolled in the right order. No subs, no hand-offs — the same faces on day one finish on the last day.
04
Final inspection
We walk the finished surface with you, answer cure-time questions, and leave you with Paul's direct number for anything that comes up later.

Word Of Mouth

What our Fort Wayne
customers say.

Paul paved our driveway up in Huntertown last month and I couldn't be happier. He walked the site with me, wrote up an honest quote same afternoon, and the crew showed up on time. Whole job was done in a day and a half and the edges are sharp. No upselling, no nonsense. The man knows his trade.

We have a long country driveway out by Columbia City and Paul talked us through chip seal as an alternative to full pavement. Saved us a small fortune and it looks great. Held up through a wet spring just fine. Crew was polite, cleaned up after themselves, and Paul personally checked the finished job before leaving.

Had our parking lot repaved over a weekend so we didn't lose business. Paul and his guys worked around our hours, communicated every step, and the finished lot looks brand new. Fair price, clean crew, no surprise invoices. Already have them lined up for sealcoating next spring.
